Returns POLICY

We have a no hassle return policy.

If you are unsatisfied with your SnoopStick for any reason, Children’s Educational Network will be more than happy to process a return for you. SnoopStick must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving it.

Please place SnoopStick with the copy of your receipt into padded packaging. Package must be sent prepaid (insured if possible) and with the delivery confirmation/tracking. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. All credits will be refunded to your original method of payment.
